If Only I Could Wish …………

I have always felt the way I now feel,

I have never felt any better,

I have never felt any worse,

Is this all the life

I have always been looking forward to !

It’s now that I wish if only I could wish…………

Wish if things weren’t as they are.

Maybe I have started dreaming now,

Wanting of that something

I could never lay my hands on,

Wishing my heart had just that

True air of life to propel me on and on………..

It’s now that I wish if only I could wish…………

Wish for that something I ever wanted to wish.

And now, when I am given the wand

To give my wish a true life,

I am confused as to what was that

I always wanted to wish ???

Was it that or this that I always wanted???

Is it him or her that haunted me in my dreams???

It’s now that I wish if only I could wish………

Wish if i knew who or what is actually that I live for …
